Shipping policy
PROCESSING TIMES:
Processing times are 3-5 business days, which does not include weekends or shipping times. Prior to ordering, please ensure all processing times work for you as we are unable to expedite orders. Paying for expedited shipping does not move the order above others, it only expedites your shipping times once the order has been fulfilled. All orders will be fulfilled within 5-10 business days.Â
SHIPPING POLICIES:
Delivery dates are not guaranteed by Milan EmPower. If you require your order sooner, be sure to select the option at checkout. However, that only expedites shipping, it does not impact processing times. During this peak time, in general you must give the package 1 week at minimum to make it to you. We do not call on lost packages, as we do not have the staff to sustain this.
"RETURN TO SENDER"Â orders will be refunded at the cost of the item excluding shipping, or you can pay to have it shipped to the correct address for an additional $10 shipping and processing fee.
USPS LOST PACKAGES:
We do not call on lost packages, as we do not have the staff to sustain this. The customer must first submit an inquiry with USPSÂ prior to contacting order@milanempower.com. We recommend calling your local Postmaster and not the 1-800 number to locate the missing package. If you'd like to submit the inquiry for your Missing Package online, you can do so at:

Please wait 3-5 business days for USPS to locate your package before emailing order@milanempower.com with an update.
On missing packages, we will only refund the cost of products, excluding shipping charges. If you do not wish to take the chance on losing shipping charges, then please consider ordering once shipping issues have improved.
